Introduction

Welcome to the Web Log of our efforts to develop commercial scale wind energy electric plants, based on vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) designs.

First, this is intended to communicate the steps we've taken, and steps we are working on, so you can follow along.

Second, we are looking for help from knowledgeable people. If you are interested, we'd like to hear from you, either here or through info@brainbroom.net.

Starting point: During the summer of 2008, while the oil prices shot up, the idea of using the power of the wind started a train of thought in my head. I know others have had similar ideas -- I have looked at a number of them.
